ICI Lab
The ICI Laboratory (ICI Lab) is an international innovations laboratory. Lab Manager Morten Lund, is responsible for the lab to up build competencies, methods and processes that can contribute to create innovative business models for the 15 networks, prototype the business models and introduce the new business models to the market.
The Lab is driven in cooperation with researchers, advisors and knowledge resources, coordinated by ICI Lab. At the same time the process is being documented for further research and optimisation of the business model innovation process - so ICI secures the empiric foundation, which can be used in the creation of future business models - in network to the global market.
